Hi — Mike Hassell here. While I’m usually not shy about writing, I’m not a big fan of the “about” pages. I’ve always found them difficult to write without sounding like unabashed bragging.
When I tell you about myself below, just remember that I’m honestly not trying to name-drop or highlight my accomplishments … although that’s exactly what I’ll be doing. It’s just something most people want to read about, so here goes…
I’ve been in the marketing business for 30 plus years. Started out in the life and health insurance business and progressed to marketing on the internet. I’m spending a lot more time with my family and in church activities. That’s why we do this business, right? To free up time for more important things.

People ask me all of the time what are the “must haves” for making money online. And I always tell them the same thing. There are only three things that you need to have a hugely successful internet business. 2) A list to promote the offer.
3) Traffic to build the list.
That’s it. End of story. You need nothing else.

Anyway, that’s who I am. That’s what I do. If you focus on those three things as I have for the past years, that’s all you need. Everything else is a distraction.
On a personal note, I’m happily married to Bonnie. We’ve been married 21 years and have 4 children and 6 grandkids. We spend a lot of time at little league baseball games and traveling together. I’m a committed Christian serving in my local church.
I’ll close with one of my favorite quotes that has always motivated me to TRY things, to take my best shot at things. I hope it motivates you too. Wayne Gretzky once said, “100% of the shots you don’t take don’t go in.”
